A RESOLUTION denying the appeal by Steven J. Paul and Cynthia Paul of the
SEPA Responsible Official's Declaration of Non -Significance for
the rezone and Class (2) approval requested by Robert J. Reynolds
on behalf of Del Matthews.
WHEREAS, on June 14, 1996, Steven J. Paul and Cynthia Paul duly appealed the
SEPA Responsible Official's May 23, 1996, Declaration of Non -Significance for the
rezone and Class (2) approval requested by Robert J. Reynolds on behalf of Del
Matthews; and
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1996, the City Council duly conducted a public hearing on
the SEPA appeal; and
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1996, after considering the record and the testimony and
arguments of interest parties and the public, the City Council by motion concluded
that the rezone and Class (2) approval would not have a probable significant adverse
impact on the environment; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The Steven J. Paul and Cynthia Paul appeal of the SEPA Responsible Official's May
23, 1996, Declaration of Non -Significance for the rezone and Class (2) approval
requested by Robert J. Reynolds on behalf of Del Matthews is denied as of August 20,
1996.
