A RESOLUTION denying the appeal by Thomas R. Kloster of the Hearing
Examiner's Decision on the Class (2) Application of EPIC for
certain uses of property at 301 North Naches Avenue.
WHEREAS, on July 30, 1996, Thomas R. Kloster, on behalf of AMC Investments,
duly appealed the Hearing Examiner's Decision on the Class (2) Application of EPIC
for certain uses of property at 301 North Naches Avenue, Examiner No. I96-1-39;
and
WHEREAS, on September 3, 1996, the City Council duly conducted a public hearing
on the appeal; and
WHEREAS, on September 3, 1996, after considering the record and the testimony
and arguments of interest parties and the public, the City Council by motion
concluded that the Hearing Examiner's Decision on the Class (2) Application of EPIC
for certain uses of property at 301 North Naches Avenue should be affirmed; now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The Thomas R. Kloster appeal of the Hearing Examiner's Decision on the Class (2)
Application of EPIC for certain uses of property at 301 North Naches Avenue,
Examiner No. I96-1-39, is denied as of September 3, 1996.
