A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA AND YAKIMA COUNTY
approving Amendment No. 5 to the bylaws of the Yakima Air Terminal Board
relating to the time and place of regular meetings.
WHEREAS, the Yakima Air Terminal Board is the regulatory and administrative
agency for the Yakima Air Terminal with authority under RCW 14.08.200(7) to adopt
rules and regulations for the management, government, and use of Yakima Air
Terminal properties; and
WHEREAS, rules and regulations adopted by the Yakima Air Terminal Board
become effective upon approval of the Yakima City Council and Board of Yakima
County Commissioners, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Amendment No. 5 to the bylaws of the Yakima Air Terminal Board (attached),
amending such bylaws to provide that the regular meetings of the Board shall be at 7:00
a.m. at the City Council Chambers, Yakima City Hall, Yakima, Washington, on the
fourth Thursday of the month, except for the months of November and December when
the regular meetings shall be on the third Thursday of the month, is hereby approved
and its implementation is authorized as of the date of this resolution's adoption by both
the Yakima City Council and Yakima County Board of Commissioners.

AMENDMENT # 5
TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE YAKIMA AIR TERMINAL BOARD
YAKIMA AIR TERMINAL, STATE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, an amendment to the By -Laws changing the regular meeting
time of the Yakima Air Terminal Board Meeting to be in the best
interest of the Yakima Air Terminal.
NOW, THEREFORE, Part III, Section 2 of the Yakima Air Terminal By -
Laws shall be amended to read as folic dy :
Section 2, Time and Place of Regular Meetings: The regular
meetings of the Board shall be at 7:00 o'clock A.M. at the
City Council Chambers, Yakima City Hall, Yakima, Washington,
on the fourth Thursday of the month, except for the months of
November and December when the regular meetings shall be on
the third Thursday of the month.
