R-96- 2 1 A RESOLUTION approving the final plat of Chestnut Grove Townhomes creating a new 32 lot residential plat in the vicinity of 5101 W. Chestnut Ave., and authorizing the Mayor to sign the final plat of Chestnut Grove Townhomes. WHEREAS, the City Council has previously reviewed and, subject to certain conditions, by Resolution R-94-145, approved the Master Application (UAZO Prel Long Plat #1-94 and UAZO CL(3)#2-94) submitted by Group M Construction for property located in the vicinity north of 5101 W. Chestnut Ave., within lots 2 and 3 of the Amended Plat of Chestnut Grove Development, including application specifically for redivision into 32 lots of lot 2 together with most of lot 3 of the existing Amended Plat of Chestnut Grove Development, and WHEREAS, the Applicant has completed construction of all public improvements which were required to be constructed as conditions on preliminary plat approval, and no conditions on the preliminary plat approval remain. unsatisfied, and WHEREAS, as this final plat comes before Council for review each member declares that he has had no contact with either the applicant or opponents of the preliminary or final plat, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CT1'Y OF YAKIMA: The proposed final Plat Of Chestnut Grove Townhomes, consisting of a single sheet, dated October 13, 1995 is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the final plat. The final plat of Chestnut Grove Townhomes shall be filed for record immediately, or as soon as possible, by the Applicant in the Yakima County Auditor's Office, and the Applicant shall be responsible for all filing fees. ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this. i 1 day of V 1 1996.
