Joan Davenport and Robbie Aaron presented a PowerPoint on mobile food vendors
around Yakima. They are focused on defining `mobile', public safety, health, culture,
licensing, and other issues surrounding mobile food vendors in Yakima and hope to
have a final report available for Council to review soon.
Economic Development Plan
Hawkins presented a proposed plan for 2015 -2016 of what the ED goals should be for
the city. Council will review and discuss further at its July meeting. Coffey requested
that the retail plan that was developed by Thomas Consultants be made available at the
next meeting.
Incubator Study
Hawkins will schedule a study session with the project consultants.
