Consent Agenda Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. A citizen or Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration. A. Approve payment of disbursements for the period September 1 — 30, 2016 B. Resolution setting Yakima Transit's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Goal. C. Resolution authorizing agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates for engineering services to design and provide construction administration for security fence gates at the Yakima Air Terminal 7„ Audience Participation Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda.
