PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL with
DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION OF
YAKIMA
• Traditional Main Street programing under the 4 guiding
principles; Organization, Promotion, Economic Vitality,
and Design
• Approve and manage many downtown events
• Manage the DYBID by overseeing all supplemental
maintenance issues performed within the DYBID district,
including flower basket maintenance, graffiti removal,
litter abatement and special projects
• Ongoing promotion of downtown
• Act as a future booking agent for the Yakima Central
Plaza
• A city council seat and city staff seat would be created
on the partnership board
