Resolution authorizing agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates for engineering services to design and provide construction administration for security fence gates at the Yakima Air Terminal B. Resolution authorizing a Right-of-Way Use Permit for F&M Construction to construct an elevated conveyor for boxed fruit above the right of way on N 1st Street. C. Resolution setting Yakima Transit's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program goal D. Resolution authorizing a radio site sublease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company for the purpose of leasing available space on the City's Look Out Point radio communications site E. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for funding, accept the funds if offered and execute the necessary agreement for $)oot,)ocx in a grant and a $xJ(x,)ooc loan from the Yakima County SIED Board to contribute funds for the engineering, design and consttruction of certain streets and utilities necessary to expand Oak Avenue to connect 23rd Avenue to 26th Avenue °R4 7. Audience Participation Pr Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation.
