EFFECTS OF ACQUISITION: A twelve foot permanent easement beginning at the southwest corner of
the parcel and then proceeding easterly for twenty three feet, with no detrimental effect on the property. The
easement acquisition impacts 276 square feet of the property by placing a storm sewer pipe underground.
The impact is that no permanent structure could be built over this easement. Once the property owner has
been compensated for the easement obtained, no special benefits or damages would be applicable. The
value of the easement was obtained by using the land value assigned by the County Assessor and
multiplying it by 25 %.
