Approve payment of disbursements for the period July 1 - 31, 2016 B. 2nd Quarter 2016 Capital Improvement Projects Report C. 2nd Quarter 2016 Accounts Receivable Status Report D. 2nd Quarter 2016 Treasury Report E. 2nd Quarter Financial Trend Monitoring System F. Set September 20, 2016 as the date for a public hearing to consider a resolution and development agreement between the City of Yakima and Storage Investments LLC for development of a multi -phase mini - storage facility located at 8102 and 8104 Nob Hill Blvd. G. Resolution authorizing a lease agreement with the US Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration for a lease of property for aeronautical navigation equipment and to provide Air Traffic Control services H. Resolution authorizing agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates for engineering services to design and provide construction administration for security fence gates at the Yakima Air Terminal 7. Audience Participation Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation.
