Attached is a draft agenda for the January 14, 2025 study session and January 21, 2025 regular
meeting. The agenda items are subject to change depending on changes in circumstance.

City Council Study Session
5:00 p.m. Study Session ---This meeting will be conducted in person, live streamed at
www.yakimawa.gov/council/agendas-and-minutes/ and telecast live on YPAC, Spectrum Cable
Channel 194. You may also participate via Zoom: https://cityofyakima.zoom.us/j/92818066630 or

Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment
Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours
prior to the start of the meeting. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a
"Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council.

The next meeting is a City Council regular meeting on January 21, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers.

invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council

Englewood Ave and Scenic Drive (RWV#003-24) proposed by Ted Palmatier.
C. Distribution of the Complete Record for a preliminary long plat to subdivide one parcel into 12
common-wall lots in the R-3 zoning district. (PLP#001-24) proposed by Summit Crest
Construction.
D. Distribution of the Complete Record for a preliminary long plat to subdivide 3.69 acres into 15
lots in the R-1 zoning district. (PLP#002-24) proposed by WM Real Property Holdings LLC.
