For Meeting of: January 7, 2025 ITEM TITLE: Set date of February 4, 2025 for a closed record public hearing to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation regarding the preliminary plat of"Aspen Estates Phase 3" submitted by WM Real Property Holdings LLC SUBMITTED BY: Trevor Martin, Planning Manager *Eric Crowell, Senior Planner SUMMARY EXPLANATION: WM Real Property Holdings LLC submitted a preliminary long plat application to subdivide 3.69 acres into 15 single-family residential lots on August 22, 2024. The subject property is located at 5903 Walla Walla St. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on November 14, 2024. Next steps in the process are for City Council to set a hearing date to conduct a closed record public hearing in front of City Council.
