SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The applicant for Columbia Ridge Homes has withdrawn their application for the Right of Way Vacation
of 92nd Ave. The application will not go back to the Hearing Examiner or go back in front the City
Council.

SUBJECT:92"d Ave. Right-of-Way Vacation
On October 24, 2024,the applicant who had applied for the Right-of-Way Vacation of 92nd Ave.
withdrew his application.The Yakima City Council heard this Right-of-Way Vacation application
(RWV#001-24) on October 1st, 2024, and remanded the application back to the Hearing Examiner for
further analysis.The applicant has decided to discontinue the process, and the application will not
proceed to the Hearing Examiner or City Council.
