SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Columbia Ridge Homes submitted a preliminary long plat application to subdivide 9.64 acres into 22
single-family residential lots on December 13, 2023. The subject property is located in the vicinity of 406
N. 92nd Ave. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on September 11,
2024.
