SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
PLSA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. on behalf of Columbia Ridge Homes LLC, submitted an application
(RWV#001-24) to vacate a portion of public right-of-way on January 30, 2024. The application was
reviewed at an open record public hearing held on June 13, 2024, and was subsequently continued to
July 3, 2024. The Hearing Examiner issued his Recommendation on July 18, 2024.
