Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment
Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours
prior to the start of the meeting. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a
"Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council.

Executive Session to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment pursuant to
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g)

There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per
speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written

C. Approve payment of disbursements for the period June 1-30, 2024
D. Resolution modifying the City Treasurer's Petty Cash and Change Funds (amending
Resolution R-2023-153 adopted November 21, 2023)
E. Resolution declaring up to $8.6 million in ARPA Funds as Revenue Replacement (Loss
Revenue)
F. Resolution authorizing acceptance of Department of Transportation State Funding grant

M. Ordinance amending the 2024 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations from
unappropriated fund balances within various funds for expenditure during 2024 for various

The next meeting is a City Council study session on July 23, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers.

does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.
