Call to Order
Called to Order at 11:00

Members present: Committee Chair Kathy Coffey; Sara Allen, Colette Keeton, Lisa Vallejo, Sarah Davila; John Cooper, Angie Girard, Greg Lybeck

Approve minutes of previous meeting

Communications
Jan. 10th letter to city was reviewed to confirm; no further action or discussion at this time.
Staff Report
Lodging Tax Revenue Update, Steve Groom, City of Yakima Finance Director
January (November receipts received on 2-month lag) $100,000 received in January, slightly lower than prior year. City uses revenue report to 1) monitor and track, but anticipates no
change to expenses since council has adopted budget, and 2) forecast next year budget.

2019 LTAC meeting schedule
Discussion to identify dates and times most workable to the group, decided by consensus to meet 3rd Thursday 10:30 am in the months of Feb, May, Aug, Nov
2019 City Budget update
City council did not meet Feb. 5th, therefore there is no update concerning on council consideration of allocating $75,000 to SunDome. It was re-agendized for Feb. 19th (tonight).

2020 Application process
Chair Thanked John Cooper for providing application
Contact: City finance department staff. The application will be posted on the City Website, on the City Council Boards and Commission Page where LTAC is listed. City will include in
public announcements that the application period is March 1 through May 1
Other
John Cooper – 2 handouts – AWC and Attorney General informal which comes up from time to time and LTAC members may want to keep handy.
