If you wish to provide public comment in- person, please fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. Executive session to evaluate the qualifications of applicants for public employment pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Interpreter Services 4. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Adjournment The next meeting is a City Council study session on May 28, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers 12. Council General Information A. Preliminary Council Agendas for the May 28, 2024 Study Session and June 4, 2024 regular meeting B. Code Administration Division Report- Monthly Building Permits Issued -April 2024 Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. A Council packet is available for review at the City Clerk's Office and on-line at www.yakimawa.gov.
