SUMMARY EXPLANATION: •
Set Date of Public Meeting for Council consideration of the final plat of Crown Crest, Phase 1
Subdivision, for August 19, 2008. Crown Crest is a 90 -lot subdivision of approximately 27 acres to be
developed in two phases. The property is located at the northwest corner of Coolidge Road and South
72 Avenue, within the R -1, Single - Family Residential zoning district. Crown Crest Phase 1 is a 37 -lot
final subdivision. The applicant has completed or bonded for all necessary public improvements as
required by the conditions of approval for this Final Plat. As submitted, this plat complies with the .
requirements of the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, Development
Standards Ordinance and Traffic Concurrency Ordinance.
