Resolution authorizing an agreement with Ascent Foundations & More, LLC. for Project SW2646 DID #24 Improvements 7. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in 5 order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e- mail messages are strongly encouraged. PUBLIC HEARINGS 8. Public hearing and Ordinance relating to the Transportation Benefit District (TBD); modifying the transportation improvements project list to be funded by the district DEPARTMENT ITEMS 9.
