Adjournment The next meeting will be a City Council regular meeting on August 15, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. Resolution authorizing an agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation to fund Paratransit Services (Dial A Ride) F. Resolution accepting Change Order No. 1 with American Rock Products for the Nob Hill Boulevard Resurfacing and Pacific Avenue Sidewalk Improvements Projects 2619 and 2612. G. Resolution authorizing a contract with Leslie & Campbell Inc to provide construction for the Yakima Convention & Event Center 2023 Re-Roofing Project 2755 H. Resolution awarding RFP 12306P and authorizing an agreement with Paymentus Corporation 4 I. Resolution accepting FY23 Law Enforcement-Based Victim Services (LEV) Program grant J. Resolution updating the Master Fee Schedule on the Airport's Rates and Charges K. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation.
