Approval of minutes from the July 5, 2023 City Council regular meeting and July 11, 2023 City Council study session B. 2023 2nd Quarter Treasury Report C. Approve payment of disbursements for the period June 1-30, 2023 D. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with Active Construction Inc. for the Naches River Water Intake Project AC2335 E. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with Central Paving LLC for the McClure Elementary School Safety Improvements Project 2473 and the 16th Avenue Sidewalk Extension Project 2531 F. Resolution declaring a 2017 Isuzu FTR/Heil rear loader (ER3362) surplus and authorizing its disposal per Surplus Disposal Policy 3-100 G. Resolution authorizing a multiple award for Bid 12320 Rifles & Equipment for the Yakima Police Department H. Resolution accepting Change Order No. 1 to City Contract 2023-065 with Prospect Construction, Inc. for Project WP2631 Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation I. Resolution to accept a Washington State Department of Natural Resources Grant for the development of an Urban Forestry Management Plan J. Resolution awarding and authorizing an agreement with CWA, Inc. dba Airport Shuttle, for Yakima -Ellensburg Commuter Service K. Ordinance amending the 2023 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations from unappropriated fund balances within various funds for expenditure during 2023 for various purposes (Second Reading) 7. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e- mail messages are strongly encouraged. DEPARTMENT ITEMS 8. Ordinance amending City of Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 1.92 relating to the Yakima Air Terminal for the purpose of allowing parking fees to be assessed in public parking areas and controlled parking areas, addressing failure to respond to parking citations, addressing vehicle impoundment as it relates to parking, and addressing enforcement personnel 9. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings.
