D. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with Central Paving LLC for the McClure
Elementary School Safety Improvements Project 2473 and the 16th Avenue Sidewalk
Extension Project 2531
E. Resolution accepting Change Order No. 1 to City contract 2023-065 with Prospect
Construction, Inc. for Project WP2631 Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation
F. Ordinance amending the 2023 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations
from unappropriated fund balances within various funds for expenditure during 2023 for
various purposes. (Second Reading)
Public Comment
There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in
order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-
mail messages are strongly encouraged.
