Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without
discussion. A Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved,

A. Approval of minutes from the June 20, 2023 City Council regular meeting and June 27,
2023 City Council study session
B. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with Superior Walls LLC for the 2nd St
Landscaping Renovation Project 2441
C. Resolution authorizing an agreement with RH2 Engineering, Inc. to provide engineering
services for City of Yakima Project WF2761 Biosolids Dewatering Improvements at the
Wastewater Treatment Plant
D. Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Yakcorps ILA to allow Yakima County to act
as the fiscal agency and to create an additional operating committee
E. Resolution authorizing an air service agreement with Alaska Airlines for a Minimum
Revenue Guarantee not to exceed $500,000 for a one-year term to provide additional air
service for the Yakima Air Terminal -McAllister Field
F. Ordinance amending the Yakima Municipal Code to place certain fees and charges in the
City of Yakima Master Fee Schedule
7. Public Comment
There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in
order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-
mail messages are strongly encouraged.

8. Ordinance amending the 2023 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations from
unappropriated fund balances within various funds for expenditure during 2023 for various
purposes (First Reading)
9. Ordinance amending the City of Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 1.92.050(B) relating to Airport
ground control and security - Vehicle Parking
