The next meeting will be a City Council regular meeting on Wednesday July 5, 2023, at 5:30 p.m.
in the City Hall Council Chambers

expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council,
and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.

The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language
interpreters, for City meetings.Anyone needing special assistance please contact the City Clerk's

Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without

A. Approval of minutes from the June 20, 2023 City Council regular meeting and June 27,
2023 City Council study session
B. Resolution authorizing an Agreement with RH2 Engineering, Inc. to provide engineering
services for City of Yakima Project WF2761 Biosolids Dewatering Improvements at the
Wastewater Treatment Plant
C. Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Yakcorps ILA to allow Yakima County to act
as the fiscal agency and to create an additional operating committee
7. Public Comment
There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in
order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-
mail messages are strongly encouraged.

8. Resolution authorizing an air service agreement with Alaska Airlines for a Minimum Revenue
Guarantee not to exceed$500,000 for a one-year term to provide additional air service for the
Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field
