Resolution setting date of April 18, 2023 to amend the Six-year Transportation Improvement Program and amend the Capital Facilities Element of the Yakima Urban Area Comprehensive Plan for the period of 2023-2028 D. Resolution authorizing an interlocal agreement with Kittitas County Fire Protection District #2 for a Joint Training Academy E. Resolution authorizing Contract Amendment No. 1 extending the term of Bid 11807P Bulk Printing and Mailing Services with InfoSend for two additional years F. Resolution awarding RFP 12239P and authorizing an agreement with Inversion Design Build for CBD Housing Development Project G. Resolution awarding RFP 12239P and authorizing an agreement with Rod's House for DRAFTCBD Housing Development Project H. Resolution awarding Bid 12316 and authorizing an agreement with H.D. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e- mail messages are strongly encouraged. DEPARTMENT ITEMS 8. Resolution accepting and authorizing the execution of the Grant Agreement with the Washington State Department of Archaeology and Historic Presentation for the Tahoma Cemetery Preservation Project 9. Ordinance amending YMC 6.20,Animal Control 10. Ordinance amending the 2023 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations from Unappropriated Fund Balances within various Funds for expenditure during 2023 for various purposes (First Reading) 11. Other Business 12.
