If approved, the proclamation will be read and presented at the April 18th City Council meeting. We support the creativity, innovation, and education to solve these problems, with local communities leading the way 6y encouraging sustaina6le energy and water use, waste reduction, reuse, and recycling practices;and `G ifE ES, we encourage all citizens to become engaged in efforts to help maintain and improve YYai€ima's environments; and WilE .,S, the Earth (Day Planning Committee of Yakima, a volunteer group of committed citizens, has partnered with the Yakima Parks and Recreation Department to plan the Earth Day (Fair-2023 to 6e held at Emil Kissel cParkon JIpril22, 2023 from 10 am to 2 pm.
