5. Zones to City comparison
• Methods:
• Received all relevant data through data collection standard practices.
• Ran data through ArcGIS custom-created focus areas to conduct geospatial analysis on what happened when and where.
• Completed analysis meeting all 6 identified "Criteria for Analysis"
• Definitions:
• Incidents Responded to:
• Any call where the response of Police/Fire/EMS is/was requested/required and a case was generated.
*Should not be used to measure crime, only police response. (incidents can occur where there was no crime committed)
