P. Ordinance amending sections of Title 6 to reflect changes to adopted/referenced RCWs;
adopting the new RCW for Cyberstalking and an RCW pertaining to Telephone

13.16.150 to clarify violations of Title 13, unless otherwise specified, are a misdemeanor

There w ll be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in
order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-
mail messages are strongly encouraged.
