SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Scenic Estates Development LLC submitted a development agreement and final plat for Scenic Estates, a
13 lot Planned Development subdivision located in the vicinity of 80th Ave. and Scenic Dr. This
subdivision received preliminary plat approval on June 15, 2010 by the Yakima City Council (Resolution
No. R-2010-74).
