Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with Halme Construction Inc for Bravo Company Municipal Solid Waste &Wood Debris Removal Project 2529 D. Resolution authorizing a Contract with Merrell Bros., Inc. for Project 2561 Biosolids Removal and Reuse 7. Public Comment 4 DRAFT There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e- mail messages are strongly encouraged. PUBLIC HEARINGS 8. First public input meeting on the 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) 9. Public hearing and Ordinance to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation regarding 2022 proposed text amendments to Title 15 and Title 14 DEPARTMENT ITEMS 10. Ordinance amending the Yakima Municipal Code Chapter 11.40 Property Maintenance Code to consolidate other city ordinances that address similar property conditions; and repeal Chapters YMC 10.05.145, YMC 11.09, YMC 11.11 11.
