ORDINANCE NO. B -2119
AN ORDINANCE prescribing regulations for prevention and protection from fire; regulating
the use, storage, keeping, manufacture and transportation of combustible
substances, flammable oils and hazardous materials and processes in the City
of Yakima; providing penalties for the violation thereof, amending Ordinance
No. B -$0$.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Chapter 1, Section 5(c) of Ordinance No. B -$0$ as amended by
Ordinance No. B -1479 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Chapter 1, Section 5(c). Fees for permits to cover costs of inspection un-
less otherwise provided herein shall be as follows: ,
Bulk storage plants $ 10.00 anually
Oil Burning Space heaters 3.00
Pressure Oil Burners, domestic - 4.00
Pressure oil burners, commercial 6.00

Pressure oil Burners, commercial .,. - .i0..00 ,
. Pressure Oil Burners, Commerical 15.00
Reinspection fee on oil burning equipment
shall be 2 of original charge.
All other permits 2.00
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed.

Section 3;' ". Thi-s ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days
from and after its passage, approval and pulication.
