AN ORDINANCE providing for the transfer of funds within the 1958 appropriation of the
Current Expense Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That $ 5,911.20 be and the same is hereby transferred from th
Regional Planning Item in the "Maintenance and Operation" classification of the Planning

Commission appropriation for 1958 to the Party Cheif, Project Engineer (1), and Secretary
items in the "Salaries "Classification of the Engineering Department in the respective
mounts of $ 5,616.00, $ 264.00, and 0 31.20, all of the foregoing items being within t,e
Current Expense Fund, and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to make the of oremen-
tioned transfers set forth herein.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 30 day of October
1957.
