ORDINANCE NO. B -2044
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. A -2 entitled "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time for the
regular meeting of the City Commission, providing for the calling of special
meetings and the manner of'giving notice thereof, and declaring an emergencyr
and repealing Ordinance no. A -485.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. A -2 be, and the same is hereby, amend
ed to read as follows:
"Section 1. The City Commission shall hold regular meetings on Wednesday of
each week at the hour of ten o' clock A. M."
Section 2. Ordinance No. A -485, passed and approved the 3rd day of Hanuary,
1921 be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after
its final passage, approval and publication.
