B -2036 AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating traffic, travel and transportation and their in- cidents upon the streets and other_ways open to the public; prescribing the powers and duties of officers and others in relation thereto; defining offens es; providing penalties and amending Ordinance No. B -1526 and Ordinance No. B -1712; and declaring an emergency. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. Section 68 of said Ordinance No. B -1526 is hereby amended by add- ing thereto the following: "Provided, however, that the license obtained for the year ending June 30, 1957, shall be valid and shall not expire until June 30, 1958, without any renewal." Section 2. Section 95 of said Ordinance No. B -1526 is hereby amended by de- leting sub - paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "(b) Pay to the said operator of said garage, who shall issue a receipt there for for the towing or hauling charges, not exceeding in any event the sum of Seven and 5 - /100 Dollars ($7.50) and the storage charges not exceeding One Dollar (31.00) per day for each day impounded." Section 3. This Ordinance is one to provide for the immede eevati of the public peace, property, health and sagety, and an emergency is hereiatby pr ds ec lared to exist, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
