ORDINANCE.NO. B -1874 .
AN ORDINANCE rezoning certain specific property situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima
County, Washington.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the rezoning of certain
specific property in the City of Yakima, as hereinafter more fully described; and it ap-
pearing that the Yakima Planning Commission has duly considered and recommended such
changes; and there having been conducted a public hearing upon the same before the Yakima
City Commission; and it appearing to be for the best interests of the City of Yakima to
ao rezone said premises; now, therefore, .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That thefollowing described property situate in the City of
Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit:
That property situated at 310 and 312 Holton Avenue which is the South
140 feet of the North 315 feet of Tract A of Bedker' s Second Addition,
be and the same is hereby rezoned and changed from "B" Residence District and Area Di-
strict 2, to "C" Residence District and Area District 4.
Section 2. That the following described property situate in the City of
Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit:
The area on the South side of Nob Hill Boulevard between 20th Avenue South
and 22nd Avenue South, 150 feet deep,
be and the same is hereby rezoned and changed from "B" Residence District to Business
District and Area District 4.
.Section 3. The above changes in zoning shall be included and depicted upon
the next regularly amended use district map prepared by and for said city. All of the
limitations of use provided for said districts by the general zoning ordinance of the
City of Yakima, the same being Ordinance No. B-293 and amendments thereto, are hereby de-
clared to apply to and govern the property described herein, from and after the effective
date of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.

1956,
