ORDINANCE NO. B -1$60
AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima, Washington, of certain
property contiguous to the City of Yakima, Washington.

WHEREAS, proceedings have been had in accordance with Chapter 123 of the
Laws of 1945, for the annexation of the property hereinafter described, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described territory contiguous to the City,of
Yakima, Washington, to -wit:
Commencing 316 feet south and 20 feet east of the northwest corner of the
northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 13 E.W.M.; thence
South 53 ° 06 , east 159.6 feet; thence south 79 ° 49' east 12.6 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence south 110 feet; thence east 46.1 feet; thence
south 11.2 feet; thence east 25 feet; thence north to a point from which the
true point of beginning bears north 79 ° 49' west; thence north 79 °49' west
to the true point of beginning, situate in Yakima County, Washington;
be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Yakima.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its pass-
age, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
- PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 19th day of
March, 1956..
