AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima, Washington, of certain
property contiguous to the City of Yakima, Washington. •
WHEREAS, proceedings have been had in accordance with Chapter 12$ of the
Laws of 1945, , for the annexation of the property hereinafter described, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1, That the following described territory contiguous to the City
of Yakima, Washington, to -wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Plath Avenue with the
center line of 16th Avenue South; thence south along the center line of
16th Avenue South to its intersection with the center line of Mead Avenue
extended from the east; thence west along the south lihe of Lot 63, First
Addition to Suburban Acre Homes to the southwest corner thereof; thence nor -
th along the west line of Lot 63 and Lot 62 of said.Addition to the center
line of Plath Avenue; thence east along the center line of Plath Avenue to
the point of beginning, situate in Yakima County, Washington;
be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Yakima.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its .
passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 27th day of
December, 1955.
