BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA : • Section 1. Subdivision 7(b) of Section 1 of Ordinance A -236, passed on January 2, 1917, which was added thereto by Ordinance No. B -1315 passed on October 29, 1951, is hereby amended to read as follows: !'.Section 1, 7(b).• Any person in said city who shall sell, dispose of, or have in his possession a knife, in which the blade thereof is or can be concealed in the handle and be ejected therefrom, either a mechanical spring device cr by pressing or pushing a button or by flipping the wrist of the holder thereof or by any other similar method or device or by any • combination thereof." Section 2. Subdivision 15 of Section 2 of said Ordinance No. A- 236.is • hereby amended to read as follows:.. • • • "15. Any person who solicits business for an attorney in, at or around any court, jail,, morgue or hospital, or at or near the scene of .an accident or collision." Section 3. This ordinance is one to provide for the immediate preserva- tion of the public peace, property, health and safety of the people of the City of • Yakima; and an emergency is hereby declared -to exist; and said ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage, approval,an'i publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
