ORDINANCE NO. 13-1683
AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima, Washington, of certain
property contiguous to the City of Yakima, Washington.
WHEREAS, proceedings have been had in accordance with Chapter 128 of the
Laws of 1945, for the annexation of the property hereinafter described; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described territory contiguous to the City of
Yakima, Washington, to -wit:
Beginning at the center line of Sunset Avenue and 55th Avenue North;
thence North along the center line of 55th Avenue North to the South
• line of Englewood Park Addition; thence East along said South line to
the East line of Ressel Home Sites; thence South along said East line
and said East line extended to the center line of Sunset Avenue;
thence West along the center line of Sunset Avenue to the point of
beginning, situate in Yakima County, Washington;
be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Yakima.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its pas-
sage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and.approved, this 25th day of April,
1955.
