ORDINANCE NO. B -1491
AN ORDINANCE rezoning certain property at 45 West Meade Avenue from Residence District
ttBtr to Limited Business District.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the rezoning of the premises
described in the caption hereof which are situated in the City of Yakima, Yakima County,
Washington, to -wit:
The South 127 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Homer Boggess Acre Tracts
Number 1 according to the official plat thereof recorded in the
office of the Auditor of. said County
from Residence District "B ", in which the same now are, to Limited Business District;
and it appearing that the Yakima Planning Commission has approved and recommended such
change; and there having been conducted a public hearing upon the same before the Yakima
City Commission; and it appearing to be for the best interest of the City of Yakima to
so rezone said premises; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described property situated at 45 West Meade Avenue
in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington and more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
The South 127 feet of Lots 1 and 2-, Homer Boggess Acre Tracts
Number 1 according to the official plat thereof recorded in
the office of the Auditor of said County.
be and the same is hereby rezoned and changed to a Limited Business District classificat-
ion.

Section 2. The above change in zoning shall be included and depicted upon the next
regularly amended use dlstrict.map prepared by and for the City. All of the limitations -
on use provided for Limited Business. Districts by the general zoning ordinance of the
City of Yakima,,the same being Ordinance No. B -293 and amendments thereto, ,are hereby
declared to apply to and govern the property described herein, from and after the
effective date of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 8th day of September, 1953.
