B -1456 AN ORDINANCE rezoning that protion of the South 165 feet of the North 330 feet of the East 264 feet of the NW 4 NE 4 of Section 24, ¶flownship 13 North, Range 18, E.W.M. Yakima County Washington, lying West of the center line of 3rd Avenue North extended, from "C" Residence District to Commercial District. WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the rezoning of the premises described in the caption hereof, which are situated in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: That portion of the South 165 feet of the North 330 feet of the East 264 feet of the. NW * NE 4 of Sec. 2 Twri. 13 N., Range 18, E.W.M.,. lying West of the center line of 3rd, Avenue North extended, from "C" residence district, in which the same now is, to commercial district;; and it appearing that the Yakima Planning Commission has approved and recommended such change, and there haveing been conducted a public hearing upon the matter before the Yakima City Commission, and it appearing to be for the best interests of the City of Yakima to so rezone said premises, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section .1. That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to wit: That portion of the South 165 feet of the North 330' feet of the East 264 feet of the NW 4 NE 4 of Sec.. 24,. Twn. 13 N., Range 18,• E.W.M.,. lying West of the Center line of 3rd. Avenue North Extended, be, and the same are hereby rezoned to a Commercial District classification. The limitations upon height and area, for said property, as provided by the general zoning ordinance of the City of Yakima, the same being Ordinance No. B -293, and anendments thereto, shall remain as the limitations provided for the height and area districts in which said property now are. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective 30 d ays after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
