B-1377 AN ORDINANCE rezoning Lot 18,. of Block 414, Bedker's second addition, and Lots 13,, 14, and 15, Congdon's Replat, unrecorded, from "B" residence district to "C "' residence district; and rezoning Tracts B and .0 „.Bedker's Second Addition,, and Tract C„ Bedker's Addition, from "B” residence district to "C" residence: district; and from Second Area District to Fourth Area District. WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the rezoning of the premises described in the caption hereof, which are situated in the City of Yakima, Yakima County; Washington, to -wit: Lot. 18, of Block 414, Bedker's Second Addition, and Lots 13 14, and 15., Congdon's Replat, unrecorded, from "B" residence district, in which the same now are, to "C" residence district, and Tracts B and C„ Bedker's Second Addition, and Tract C, Bedker's Addition s from "B" residence district, and which the same now are, to "C." residence district, and from the Second Area District in which the same now are, to Fourth Area District; and it appearing that the Yakima. Planning Commission has approved and recommended such changes;; and there havingb een conducted a public hearing upon the matters before the Yakima City Commission;; and it appearing to be for the best interest of the City of Yakima to so rezone said remises, now,, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima., Yakima County, Washington,. to -wit: Lot 18, of Block 414,. Bedie i s Second Addition, according to the:. official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington, and Lots 13, 14,, and 15, Congdon's re plat,..unrecorded, be„ and the same are hereby rezoned to a "C" residence district- classification. The limitations upon are of said property, as it ovided by the general zoning ordinance of the City of Yakima, the same being Ordinance No.. B -293 >, and amendments thereto, shall remain as the limitations :it ovided for the second area district as described therein. Section 2. That the following described property situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to-wit: Tracts. B.' and C„ Bedker's Second Addition,. and Tract G, Bedker's Addition, according to the official plats thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington;; be and the same are hereby rezoned to a. "C" residence district classification, and to at Fourth Area District classification.. Section 3. The above changes in zoning shall be included in and depicted upon the next ;regularly amended height, area and use district maps, prepared by and for the city. All of the limitations on use, height and area provided for residential districts' -by the general zoning ordinance of the City of Yakima, the same being Ordinance No. B -293, and amendments thereto, are hereby declared_ to apply to and govern the property described herein, from and after the effective date of this ordinance. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its passage, approval and Publication as provided by law and the city charter.
