N.O....B. -1358 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. B- -748,. entitled: "AN ORDINANCE regulating and controlling barber schools and colleges, providing revenue and regulation through license fees., limiting the number of barber chairs in barber schools or colleges, providing for the inspection and control thereof, fixing penalties for the violation thereof, and declaring an emergency "; as amended. by Ordinance No. B -755; and as amended by Ordinance No., B- 122.9, and declaring an emergency. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 'B -748, passed and approved by the City Commission on the 11th day of December, 1946, and entitled as set forth in the caption hereof; and the amendment. thereto by Ordinance No. B.755,, passed and approved by the City Commission on January 13, 1947; and the amendment there -to by Ordinance No. B- 12:29, passed and approved by the City Commission on March 12, 1951; be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2. The license fee for each person, firm or corporation operating a barber school or college shall be the sum of $5.00 per year for each chair so operated, used or installed for use in any such school or barber college." Section 2. This Ordinance is one affecting the public peace, health, and safety of the people of the City of Yakima;; and an emergency therefore exists; and this Ordinance shall-be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by the City Charter. .
