• ORDINANCE NO. B -1348
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. B -1342, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE providing for
the improvement of property in the City of Yakima,. Washington, by construct-
ing an irrigation system to serve various lots and tracts of land; estab- .
lishing a Local Improvement District;; providing for the method of payment
therefor, and creating a special funds"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That Ordinance No. B -1342, entitled as set forth in :the caption hereof,,
. which ordinance was passed by the City Commission, signed and approved on January 15,.. •
1952; and provided for the establishment of Local Improvement District No.. 732, and the
construction of an .irrigation system to serve all lots and tracts of land included with-
in 'the following described district:
Beginning at the intersection of .South Grandview Aveni,e •
and Nob Hill Boulevard; thence westerly along Nob -Hill
• Boulevard to the southwest corner of.Rose Park; thence •
northerly along the West line of Rose Park to the
northwest' corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 13 North, Range
. 18, E.W.M.; easterly along the north line of said
subdivision to South Grandview Avenue; thence southerly
along South Grandview Avenue to the point of beginninn
be, and the same is hereby repealed..
PASSED BY 'THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved,, this llth day of
February, 1952.
