ORDINCANCE NO. B -1335
AN ORDINANCE re- zoning Lots 15 and 16, Block 133, Original Townsite of Yakima,
Washington, from' "C' Residence District to Limited Business District; and
re- zoning Lot 1 of Block 105, Original Townsite of Yakima, Washington,
from "B "' Residence District to Limited Business District; and from Second
Area. District to Fourth Area District.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the-re-zoning of the
premises named in the caption hereof, which are situate in the•City of Yakima, Yakima
County, Washington; Lots 15 and 16 of Block 133, Original Townsite of Yakima, Washington,
from "C" Residence District, in which the same now are, to Limited Business District;
and Lot 1-of Block 105, Original Townsite of Yakima, Washington, from "B" R sidence
District, in which the same now is, to Limited Business District, and from Second
Area District, in which the same now is, to Fourth Area District; and it appearing that
the Yakima Planning Commission has approved and recommended such changes; and there
having been conducted a public hearing upon the matters before the Yakima City
Commission; and it appearing to b e for the best interest of the City of Yakima to so
re -zone said premises; now, therefore, .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described property, situate in the City
of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit:
Lots 15 and 16 of Block 133, Original Townsite of Yakima, Washington;
according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington;
be and the same hereby is re -zoned to a Limited Business District

Section 2. That the following described property, situate in the City
of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: .
Lot 1 of Block 105, Original Townsite of Yakima, _Washington;, according
to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of
the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington;
be and the same is hereby re -zoned to a Limited Business District classification, and
to a Fourth Area District Classification.
Section 3.. The above changes in zoning shall b e included in and depicted
upon the next regularly amended height,, area and use district maps, lr epared by and
for the City. All of the limitations on use and height provided in Limited Business
District's by the G neral Zoning Ordinance of the City of Yakima, the same being
Ordinance No, B -295, as amended by Ordinance No. B -786, are hereby declared to apply
to and govern the property described . herein; from and after the effective date of
this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shallbecome effective thirty (30) days after
its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved, this 10th day of
December, 1951.
