NO. • B -132.9 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. B -293, entitled: "`AN ORDINANCE regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries; regulating and limiting the . use of buildings and premises; and the height and size of buildings, providing for yards, courts and other open spaces.; establishing districts for said purposes, and providing for a board of adjustment, and repealing Ordinances Nos. B -22, B -35, B -43, B -51, B -71, B -126, B -147 and B- 172..". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. B -293, passed and approved by the City Commission on March 28, 1938, entitled as set forth in caption hereof, as amended;. be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Sub - division (a)4; the said Section 4 to read as follows: "Section 4 - Residence District "B " : (a); The following uses only are permitted in . Residence District "B" `: 1. Any use permitted in Residence District "A ". 2. Two - family dwellings. 3. Apartment houses. 4. Nursing homes. (b) In R District "B" all the accessory uses specified in Residence District "At" under Section 3, paragraph (b); and all uses listed in.ection 3, paragraph (c), shall be permitted; provided that all requirements therein governing such uses are complied with. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
