"; and amendments thereto; and declar=ing an emergency., _ _ BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: . Section 1. That Section 51 of Ordinance No. B -131, passed and approved b.y. the City Commission on February 26, 1936, and entitled as set forth in the caption hereof; be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: . • • "Pacific Avenue, from South 1st Street east to Fair Avenue." . Section 2.- This ordinance is one to provide for the immediate preserva- tion of public peace, property, health and safety of the people of the City of Yakima; an emergency is hereby declared to exist; and said ordinance shall be" in' full force and effect from _and after :the date of its passage, approval and publication .as provid- ed for in the City Charter. • • PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved, this 28th day of May, 1951. .
