B -1208 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3801 (5) of Ordinance No. B -1014, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE regulating erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of buildings and /or structures in t he City of Yakima; providing for the issuance of permits and colle ction of fees therefor; declaring and establishing fire districts; providing penalties for the violation thereof, and repealing all ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in conflict .therewith." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That there shall be added to the exceptions of sub - division 5 of Section 3801 of the Uniform Building Code, 1949 Edition, adopted after the resolu- tion of the City of Yakima, under Ordinance No. B -1014, passed and approved by the City Commission on May 31, 1949, and entitled as set forth in the caption hereof, the following: "5. In the cellars of Type 1 buildings occupied by a banking institution, • or other similar business institution." Section 2. This ordinance shall be, and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by the City Charter.
