ORDINANCE NO. B -1180
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. B -1143, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE creating a
special fund, to be known as the "Municipal Airport Operatin and.
Maintenance Fund "; providing-for the payment of moneys into said
fund, and the purposes for which the same may be used; and declaring
an emergency."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. B -1143, passed and approved by the City
Commission on May 22, 1950, and entitled as set forth in the caption thereof, be
and the same is hereby repealed.
PASSED 'BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 9th day of
October, "1950. .
